Public charging stations are accessible to anyone who wants to charge his or her electric car. At public charging stations, however, you must use your own charging cable. This is not necessary at fast charging stations, where the cables are already in place.
The Netherlands currently has more than 150,000 public charging stations and this number will increase significantly in the coming years.
