An application for the installation of a charging station can be made on the Opcharge website. Our team then reviews your application and they then proceed to the next steps and eventual realization.
As an applicant for the potential charging station, you make a suggestion for the desired location. This proposed location is then scrutinized by our team. All requirements of the respective municipality are then run through. Does the location meet all the requirements? Then we move on to the next step.
Opcharge has a varying range of chargers, namely the standard charger and the fast charger. As the applicant, you make the decision between the different chargers depending on your situation. Of course, our team will provide you with advice. Under the heading ‘charging power’, the differences between the types of chargers are displayed for you.
At this step, the location and type of charger have already been determined. Now it’s up to our installers. During the installation of the charging station you are completely relieved by our professional team. We only ask you to open the door for our installer.
Congratulations! The charging station has been placed and installed. Even after realization of your requested (public) charging station, Opcharge takes care of the maintenance. Our aim is to maintain the quality of the installed charging station. Also long after installation.

Opcharge has access to different types of charging stations to power electric cars. The standard charger is often taken by EV drivers who leave their electric vehicle stationary at the charger for more than a few hours (Standard Charger – AC Charger – between 11 and 22 kilowatts). For the more volatile chargers, Opcharge has the fast chargers available (Fast Charger – DC Charger – between 20 and 900 kilowatts). These deliver a minimum of 20 kilowatts and a maximum of up to 900 kilowatts. Which charger is most suitable for you?
All of our installers are righteous certified. They are qualified to work competently and can install the charging station without complications. Upon completion, you can rest assured that the charging station is in working order and ready for immediate use.
But then what are the costs and fees for installing such a charging station? A fair and important question with a simple answer. The placement and maintenance of a charging station is completely free of charge for applications. To the use of the charging station for your hybrid car, we do not charge any fees. With Opcharge, you only pay per kWh used. It does not matter from which municipality you purchase electricity.
