For the office building on the Professor dokter Dorgelolaan in Eindhoven, Opcharge, in cooperation with APK Rasenberg, realized a future-proof charging solution with 46 smart charging points, spread over three levels of the parking garage and the outdoor area.
The charge points are connected directly to the Enexis grid connection, so no use is made of the power capacity of the building itself. Together with main tenant KPMG, the positions of the charge points were carefully determined, with attention to ease of use and daily availability.
Our complete outsourcing – from design and installation to management and monitoring – allowed both owner DHVM and the tenants to remain focused on their core business.

Will the installation affect my property's power grid?
No. We provide a solution that does not burden your current power supply. We often realize a private connection separate from the building, but we can also deploy smart techniques on your existing meter. In both cases, we prevent the maximum capacity from being exceeded, so that your business operations continue uninterrupted.
Will the site remain accessible during construction?
Sure. Our project manager carefully coordinates everything for minimal inconvenience. Access for employees, visitors and suppliers is always guaranteed.
What type of charging station is the best fit for our office?
That depends on your users. We look together to see if staff (long parking) or visitors (fast charging) prevail. Based on this, we determine the optimal mix between AC and faster DC chargers. We also take into account issues such as available grid capacity, future-proofing and costs. In this way we provide a charging solution that truly fits your situation, both technically and practically.
What should I take care of myself after installation?
Nothing at all. We take on full management, maintenance and all software updates. You never have to worry about technology.
