Preconditions are a good charging infrastructure. The government is committed to a total of 1.8 million charging points. Currently, the counter stands at 233,000. That means that as of now, more than 400 charging stations must be added every working day. A substantial task to which Opcharge contributes by acting as a partner for municipalities.

Personalized approach works

Opcharge works on government ambitions and relieves (medium) sized and small municipalities from application to delivery. The flexible and innovative mentality has led to a doubling of the number of installed charging stations in the second half of this year. Municipalities where the poles have been installed include Eindhoven, Breda and Culemborg.

Partner of municipalities

Growth is also expected in the new year. “We are holding talks with various municipalities throughout the Netherlands. We see that more and more municipalities want to speed up with charging infrastructure. We help them with a concrete approach and, with our tool, theCO2 calculator, make it clear what the new charging stations will yield for local climate goals. In this way we try to be a partner for municipalities and work together on common goals,” said Pieter Haans, managing partner Opcharge.

[25
post-1864","news_pt","type-news_pt","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","cat_news-news
["GET
